We had friends who had had a new kitchen fitted by Emlyn Kitchens which we'd just fallen in love with. We looked at alternative suppliers but knew we just had to pay Ian visit. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to Newcastle Emlyn. Ian was so welcoming & accommodating. I'd got quite a clear vision of what we wanted & Ian worked with this to quite literally create the farmhouse kitchen & utility we had always dreamt of. Ian produced various options within different price ranges accommodating all budgets. We decided to go for a solid wood shaker style unit in 2 contrasting colours with a mix of quartz & oak worktop. On the day of delivery Ian travelled the 2 hours to us to personally inspect & tick of each unit/item on order....... thats not a service you get anywhere these days!
There was numerous delays with our build which meant our kitchen didn't get fitted for a good while after delivery but even then Ian was at the end of the phone for our Carpenter to answer any queries he had through the fit. Our kitchen has been in 18 months now and its still looks like the day it was fitted. We're so pleased we found Ian & Amanda and cant recommend them enough for anyone looking for a new kitchen. Pay them a visit - you wont be disappointed.  *****

Emlyn Kitchens have managed to pull off a minor miracle with a design to transform our once dim and dingy kitchen into a bright, open, modern space which will be the hub of our home. Ian took our initial thoughts and came up with a design that ticked all the boxes and some more we hadn’t thought of! The end result is a perfect blend of functionality and form - we think it’s absolutely stunning. Throughout the whole process Ian has been fantastic, popping out to make and review measurements, see progress (even helping receiving a delivery!) and he’s sorted any inevitable minor glitches out almost as fast as they arose - not just the same day - the same hour!  All dealt with, with a smile.  Big thanks to Emlyn Kitchens!     *****

We consulted four different companies about our new kitchen. We chose Emlyn kitchens as only Ian could offer us the exact specification we required. Individual, personal service coupled with quality products and excellent cad design and graphics greatly assisted the whole process. 

The kitchen fitters were extremely efficient, helpful and personable. This made the whole installation much more agreeable than could have been the case.

In short, we got exactly the design we wanted and are delighted with the end result.

​We were pleased that we chose to use Emlyn Kitchens to replace our old kitchen.  The choice of designs was just what we were looking for and from our initial consultation with Ian, we soon decided on colours and a kitchen layout.  

We discussed the type of look we were trying to achieve, and we knew that the design that Ian planned would work for our space and family needs.  The delivery of all kitchen cabinets and surfaces went smoothly and any items that were incorrect were swiftly dealt with and changed. 

We installed the kitchen ourselves and whenever we had a question Ian would help and explain promptly.  From start to finish we had very good service and the kitchen looks amazing and works very well

Emlyn Kitchens were excellent. We required a complete kitchen refit in our oddly shaped farm house. Ian was very patient and worked hard to get us our dream kitchen within our budget. He fully coordinated everything for us. They removed all the old kitchen units, replastered the walls, fitted recessed lights, tilled the walls, designed, supplied and fitted the units and work surfaces.  The end result is fantastic. The units are all perfect (it is now 4 months after the fitting). Everything (ie the electrical appliances, lights and plugs) all work as they should. The flooring they laid is very good - even (they had to level the floor also) and nicely allinged. The fitters and workmen tidied up after they had finished each day and arrived when he said he would. The price Emlyn Kitchens quoted was reasonable and fair.  *****

Emlyn Kitchens and their fitters were very reliable and kept to the schedule they quoted, worked hard to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum and maintained services throughout the duration of the works. Workmanship of very high standard.

We would definitely recommend Emlyn kitchens, Ian spent a long time designing our kitchen with us and ensuring we were fully supported from start to finish. There was such a large range of beautiful designs that we found it really hard to decide. Not only can we see how great the quality of the kitchen is, but our fitter mentioned it multiple times throughout the installation process. Ian was also a huge help in giving the fitters the direction they needed, and giving us guidance and support throughout the installation process, despite our purchase being supply only. Our house now finally feels like a home thanks to Emlyn kitchens!

Ian and his team are friendly and courteous. The design process was detailed and Ian had some perfect ideas we wouldn't have thought of.  The fitters were great and were very flexible in fitting their work around the general household. We're extremely pleased with the high standard of work in both the kitchen and utility room. The floor also looks amazing. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who would like a kitchen to be proud of!
